Accountant (Financial Reporting)

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for accounting, audit and taxation of the Hotel Operating Companies and Hotel Owner Companies of the Group
  • Responsible for the monthly management accounts of the Hotel Operating Companies and Hotel Owner Companies, including submission of income statements, Balance Sheet, supporting schedules and variance analysis
  • Responsible for cash flow projection of Hotel Operating Companies and Hotel Owner Companies
  • Overseeing the finalisation of financial budget and financial forecast.
  • Liaise with banks on new and existing bank facilities and ensure compliance of financial covenants
  • Ensure compliance of policies and procedures of the Hotel Operating Companies and Hotel Owner Companies to be in line with corporate policies.
  • Responsible for SBU reporting, consolidation of hospitality group of companies
Requirements
  • Possess a degree or professional qualification in the discipline of Accounting or Finance
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in hotel industry and with audit experience a definite advantage
  • Sound knowledge in Accounting and Taxation
  • Independent, good interpersonal skills and able to multitasks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities
  • To assist in data entry and filing
  • Accounting duties; AR invoicing, AR receipts, AP invoice and AP payment processing

Executive / Senior Executive (Sales and Marketing)

Responsibilities
  • To be involved in overall marketing functions for projects includes new launches and TOP projects.
  • Brainstorm with the team for new marketing strategies with the current market trends and pricings.
  • Work out unit mix and best layouts for the developments.
  • Attend project meetings, giving inputs on the projects and its layouts, landscape, design and others.
  • Able to comment and give feedback on floor plans, building plans and other related issues.
  • Involve in overall marketing campaign include liaising with appointed advertising agencies, visual designers and etc.
  • Appointing and working with ID firms, etc for the fitting out of the showflat, sales gallery and TOP units.
  • Work with marketing agencies to come up with marketing strategies, campaigns and selling prices.
  • Work closely with various consultants and the project team from the point of obtaining land to the actual execution and the eventual launch of the project.
  • Manage and monitor internal budgets, cost and feasibilities studies ensuring spending are within limit and details are accurate and updated.
  • To be involved and to prepare legal paperwork for project launches and sales.
  • To handle tenanted units which include corresponding with the tenants, preparation of tenancy documentations, gathering rental information and others.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Real Estate/ Property/Marketing
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the Property industry
  • Possess general knowledge of authorities' parameters e.g. URA, BCA, LTA
  • Comprehensive knowledge regarding Options, SPA clauses and COH prelaunch requirements
  • Willingness to learn and take on additional tasks when being assigned
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Takes initiative and have the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
  • Collaborates well in a team environment

Sales and Marketing Assistant (1 year contract)

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of necessary requisition forms, payment document for signatures on vendors' goods/services.
  • Maintain and ensure that all the necessary documents are filed into their respective folders.
  • Daily collection of documents from the fax machine and reception counter.
  • Assist on checking marketing materials for accuracy e.g. floor plans, perspectives, excel spreadsheet data, etc
  • Require to prepare folders, labelling and other required materials.
  • To assist in the recording of sales information and details into BIOS system.
  • Check, scan and photocopy of documents prior to forwarding to lawyers.
  • Require to update data/information into the sales system e.g. filing of caveat, etc.
  • Arrange for signatures and seals during SSCT and to send documents back to lawyer for execution.
  • Handle enquiries such as progressive payment date and project TOP dates.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least an "O" Level/ Diploma in Real Estate/ Property/ Marketing
  • At least 1 year of working experience, preferably from property industry
  • Willingness to learn and take on additional tasks when being assigned
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to commit 1 year contract period
